Great Product, need to work on customer service

Work very well, they make sure the design is perfect before they print them. They follow up twice to make sure it looks the way you want. Customer service at first wasn't great. We wanted to see specific colors, but the sample set never contained the color. We asked for the next sample to have those general colors and they assured us they would. Again, didn't have them. By the third we were very upset. My CFO had to step in and handle the matter and then finally we were set samples with all the colors in the set. The product is 100% great though.

I am disappointed in the product. The colour in the proof is not the same as the product I received. I ordered yellow and the product received is Lime Green. Please see attached pictures as verification. A refund for the full amount the order would be greatly appreciated, as these are not acceptable for the use we had intended.
