Solid quality product. Should last a long time.

Great product and the colors really do pop. I don't know how long the tags will last but they do look heavy duty. My only reason for 4 stars vs. 5 stars is that we ordered 200 tags but the sheets are 5x13 (65 total tags), so we have a sheet of 60 blank tags on the last sheet. Hard to explain. Just purchase in quantities of 65 tags per sheet.

Great Labels and Nice Free Software

The tags are excellent and work great, even on rounded surfaces like tools! Be sure to clean with alcohol so they stick the best they can! As for the squeegee, its for the squeegee, it’s really just a piece of cardboard heavily laminated and its a wee bit too big for small labels. And the free asset tracking software they provide for buying labels is a sure hit with people in our company! Awesome and thank you.

MyAssetTag: Thank you for your order. We appreciate your feedback. Please do not clean the surface with any alcohol solution it strips away the function of adhesive to properly bond to the surface. Cleaning with mild soap and water is recommended.

Great product, poor execution

To say I was nervous about the finished design of the 15k tags I ordered would be an understatement. We're a design company, so it was absolutely imperative that this was done correctly. Needless to say, I unpacked them and they were perfect - I was very impressed. Great quality, colors are vibrant, and they have the look of something that will last a long time. My only issue was the lack of communication between the customer service and production teams. I placed the order in late July, was promised a 5-7 business day delivery, but heard nothing for 2 weeks. After another full week of calling, I finally asked to speak to a Manager...it wasn't until then that I got an upd ate. I get it, I ordered a lot of asset tags, but all I wanted/expected was a proper upd ate on progress. Or even better, tell me prior to my order that production may be delayed because of quantity - it's that simple.
