Not good Customer service

The Labels were fine, but the ordering was terrible! I selected free 2-day shipping and it took two weeks to get! They sat in processing for most of those 2 weeks. It wasn't till someone from the office called them to see about the order until they finally got around to finishing the labels and sent them out. The customer service was not great when called either.
