Don't believe the estimated ship dates

Product is great, processing/shipping time did not meet the expectation set by the company. After noticing my order did not ship when estimated I called customer service and initially received several excuses as to why it had not, including that custom orders take 7-10 business days to process. Seeing as 99% of tag orders are custom in one form or another that seems like something that should be taken into account in estimating ship dates. Timing was a factor when placing my order as we had equipment going to a show. The customer service rep noted my frustrations and did get the order to us in time which was greatly appreciated.
