Need to work on communication of orders.

Order never arrived, When I contacted customer service was told it was because I did not approve the proof. But I choose to skip proofing at checkout and never received notification my order was held. My order status was on pending and then the proof sent and proof approved did not happen until I contacted customer service. So basically my order was being held until I figured out I needed to contact customer service.
